Step 1 — Pick your commission plan

We run your last twelve months of production against both the capped percentage plan and the flat-fee plan so you start on the one that actually costs you less. You can switch later as your volume changes.

Step 2 — Complete the application

The application takes about 15 minutes. You will select your plan, enter your license details, and name your sponsor. That sponsor field is permanent — make sure it says Tony Martinez.

Step 3 — Transfer your license

Most states process a transfer in 24 to 72 hours after your current broker releases you. We time your start date around pending closings so nothing falls through the cracks.

Step 4 — Your first 30 days

Systems setup, database import, a listing presentation rehearsal, and a written 90-day pipeline plan. That is what the sponsorship actually buys you.
